Red Sun Digital a Not for Profit that is a 100% Indigenous Owned organization dedicated to amplifying Indigenous voices, stories, and creative talent through film, media, and digital innovation. We exist to work in partnership with Indigenous communities to culturally build opportunities for skills development, entrepreneurship, and meaningful participation in the creative economy.

Through creativity and storytelling, Red Sun strengthens cultural continuity, builds community connections, and supports Indigenous peoples to shape their own narratives, on their own terms, while responding to the evolving needs of industry and the workforce.

Cultural Knowledge

“This program is not just about learning to create film, but about reclaiming our narratives and sharing our stories. We got to explore various aspects of filmmaking, from storytelling to technical skills, while highlighting the importance of representing our creative spirits in an authentic way. I also enjoyed the brief interview with Lethbridge Global and made new friends. My passion is music and hope to someday have my music on the big screen. I wholeheartedly recommend as many Indigenous youth who are passionate about filmmaking to explore the world of film.
